Vacations and tourism at Stetten
There are many possibilities of enjoying your vacation in Stetten: At the beach section of the municipality you can recover lying in the sun or take a swim in the Lake Constance. Walks and walking through the wine landscape above the bank are particularly delightful.You have a large view of a beautiful landscape and of the unique panorama of the Alps. A wine lovers path with explanations of the individual wine sorts and of the viticulture offers information worth knowing.
Since there are no large differences in elevation in the ways, they are also suitable for seniors, disabled persons or families with children or prams well. The ways for bicycles and Inlineskaters are likewise attractive. In the near surrounding area there are very beautiful bicycle- and walking ways, which lead through fields, forests and meadows. At the sports field, belonging to te municipiality, there is a nice grill place, where you can rest. You find also very good food at Stetten. Besides two restaurants and a Pizzeria there is a rustique "Vesperstube". Stetten is thus ideal for a relaxing vacation: situated in the neighbourhood of the larger tourist centres, between the most attractive places for excursions in the Bodensee region, it is a cosy village, with friendly people living in an intact village community.
